First most of the stuff I order does come, but not in weeks, in months. I ordered a smart phone and a tablet back in March 2020, it's now July 12, 2020 and they haven't come. I mean for the prices yes wish is great, but the wait time is unbelievable. And other than the phone and tablet I don't order like furniture or appliances. Mostly jewelry and things for the kids. I did order 2 Versace purses for $30 each plus $30 shipping and handling, still not bad if they are legit, 1 came but not both and it took awhile but I did get a refund for the other. But I still don't know if it's a real Versace or a very good knock off.

My order hasn't arrived.

Good Day

I placed an order on the 28th of July and it was supposed to arrive today (26th of Oct) but nothing has come through. No email, no call, no text on what's happening.

I tried to contact the customer service center the only thing that answers a phone is a robot and you were unable to speak to an agent so am worried on how do they do their business if there's no way of getting assistance as a customer.

Am so disappointed at wish and pissed as *** because it's easy for them to take cash our accounts but hard for them to deliver.

It's either i get what I ordered or I want my money instantly or you have to answer to the authorities about this matter. Sad part am not the only who's complaining about you guys and that's not good for business.

I have ordered four items from wish thru Facebook market app, but I did not download the wish app, i used my personal phone number when ordering this stuff.i already contact the wish support team, but thy say I have a problem with the order, how it could be possible, as u'll have already taken my money from the account 160 dollars. They told me I will get email once my order is confirmed, or a text on my personal phone number, I did not get anything..please if u'll can't solve this order issue, then please refund my money as soon as possible,or else I will have to call my bank.

I Ordered a few items from the Ithe wish app in April, some arrived &;;;;;;;;;;;; some still have not been delivered and customer support on wish app is no help, from the emails wish sent me when I placed the order! I replied to their emails and did not receive any response, all I want is my product or a refund.

Company fixed issue and I have been provided with full refund

Company would not respond to my many messages, so after I submitted this review here I also submitted a complaint with the BBB. Only then did the company issue me a full refund.

I ordered a couple of small, cheap toys, and later some plastic candy canes. All came from China, which they didn't tell me, and took months to arrive.

Somehow refunds were requested, not by me. Several months later on March 14, 2020 I got an email claiming I ordered a wristband electronic item for $42, which was debited to my debit card, though I never tried to save my debit card info to my Wish.com account. I signed into my Wish.com account and canceled it. The next day I got another email claiming I ordered a CHUWI HeroBook 14.1 for over $244.

An email dated the same minute claims the order was canceled.

They claim that the cancellation of the item requested Wish Cash, and refuse to credit my debit card. I have contacted support six times from April 2 to May 6, 2020 and each time they respond with an email saying that due to the sensitive nature of this matter they will redirect it to the appropriate team, who will contact me ASAP, yet no one ever does.
