In September of 2020, I returned a Denim Coat order #: 5f5e7a16549aaf14d8174dd9 to Wish's San Leander CA return Center. It cost me $15.05 to return the item and my Postal Receipt with Tracking indicated the item was received in the San Leander CA facility on 10/1/2020 at 4:07pm I still have not received my refund after numerous emails to Wish's Customer Support.
In a 10/8/2020 email I was advised the item was received by Wish and a refund would be issued as soon as the return was processed. See attached email dated 10/8/2020 from Wish. I have also included an attachment showing the item was returned via the Cinnaminson USPS Post Office.on 9/29/2020. I visited the Cinnaminson Post Office on yesterday to obtain further documentation of receipt of the return and was advised by a Supervisor that they only maintain Tracking Records for 90 days therefore they are unable to provide me with Tracking confirmation for an item delivered in October.
I am very disturbed about the delay of my refund. I DO NOT plan to order from Wish in the future and would NOT recommend Wish to my friends and family.
