I ordered a Handbag that was offered at 75% off , which seemed like a good deal; after placing order I received an email showing picture of a couples key change. I emailed them twice within a couple of hours.

I was told that the company did a rush order & it was nothing they could do. The amount was small, $3.49 and they charged for shipping which was suspose to be free. I knew it sounded to good to be true but I tried it anyway. I wish I would have kept the email with the picture of the handbag.

I will never order anything from them again. I brought it to their attention within the 8 hour fram that they say it must be to cancell or get a refund.
