By then it was too late to ask for a refund? But I asked anyway.

I saw nothing about a shipping charge till two days later? By then it was too late to ask for a refund?

Their CS consists of an online robot. And you only get to chose between certain questions? You can't just straight up tell them your issue?

Or if the question you wanted to ask them is not in their list of questions your SOL?

They should at least guarantee the product or your money back like Amazon does. They always blame the shipper/owner for the problem like it's not their responsibility to help fix it? They should take responsibility for issues customers bring to them.

They get a percentage of every sale, so they are mostly responsible for fixing issues customers bring.

They contracted all these buyers to sell their products on their platform............ so get with it Wish/Peter Szulczewski.

I suggest to unsatisfied customers to also file a complaint with your States Attorney General or Better Business Bureau.

User's recommendation: Don't shop Wish until they get a real CS line. Look for hidden ship charges?

Monetary Loss: $27.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Wish Cons: Many.
