I cancelled the the computers and initially made a mistake and ordered four computers. I know they were cancelled, because they were lined out in the shopping cart.
So, I ordered something else and low and behold the computers were shipped and bounced my checks in my account.
I'm not going to pay for these bounced checks, I want my money put back into the bank immediately. It seems like everyone at this company is out to get money and only money. There is no phone number to call, just emails. This to me is absurd.
This is my third email. If this doesn't do it, I have a lawyer.
I'm tire and I want to be justice. You can find the computers that I mistakenly ordered with my account number.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $11.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
