Wish - Constant date changes on delivery date

To whom it may concern

Please direct me to someone with an higher position as a service assistant ASAP! I am fed up with the constant back and forth from you guys this is the THIRD time that the date was changed for my items to arrive about 2minutes ago I checked the status of the package attached below, it was set to arrive tomorrow 22 June 2018 as well as 24 additional packages and once again the date has been changed. I have been patient and given you guys the benefit of the doubt but honestly this is ridiculous your services are appalling to say the least, so here's what you can do for me- give me the exact date not a estimated date and waiting period nonsense and I would like a direct telephone number for the person in charge of the entire operation better the founder/owner/CEOs number. I find your services pathetic and such a massive down grade and misleading to customers myself in particular. It would be greatly appreciated to get a reply no later than today or I will gladly take further action and I will tarnish your companies name because I have been more than patient, my order was placed on the 5 of May 2018 its almost 2 months later and I have still not received a single package!!
