On 2 separate occasions, I purchased 2 laptops, from The first order, was sent to a PO Box in Frankfort, Kentucky and picked up.

The tracking number and order confirmation tracking number were identical. Addresses were not. And the package weighed 4 ounces. I received a full refund, of the 2 failures, to keep 2 promised delivery dates.

I was informed that when my order arrived, it was mine to keep. Obviously they were never shipped.

And not trusting, I try again. Ordered 2 laptops. This time I was sent 2 wireless mouse controllers.

It was not a pop-up window, with the selection for a mouse. The screenshot of the original confirmation email, that is now blacked out on the original email confirmation order, shows a laptop, not a mouse. I have tried everything to get a direct response and cut off a live text support, when connected. I got screwed out of 2 laptops the first time had shipping been correct.

Now 2 laptops and cost of the order.

Every other order I have made has been fine. 3 more small items coming, then I am done with them.
