Your customer service is horrible! Your website is absolutely horrible!

Your products are not good! My granddaughter turned around and accidentally press the button and purchased an item and I tried to cancel it and you guys will not allow me to so you took money out of my account that I cannot afford to have money taken out of my account And now I cannot pay one of my bills because of your company! Now Im getting in touch with my lawyer and I will be suing you people! I will let everybody know to delete your app and never to buy from your people again!

Now I have to keep the app until I receive the product and return it back to you!

I better not get a restocking fee for this product either! Because I never ordered it it was done by accident I want every single penny back or my lawyer is filing a lawsuit!

Not good I'm not received my order in weeks. I've been trying to get ahold of them for a long time now.

And I keep getting emails saying my math package has been shipped.

I have yet to receive it yet. They say it's been delivered and it has been signed for not by me or a family member or nobody I know

Serious Issues With All My Orders

Horrible. You need to have real time agents that can verify your messages and be able to cross reference orders shipped with tracking numbers.

It is extremely annoying when you accuse customers through your automated response of claiming refunds that are not legitimate. I had to go through your automated response and ask 11 times for a refund for each bag that I had ordered.
And like I had explained all 3 orders were combined into one shipment with one tracking number making it even more complicated for your system to deal with it which in my opinion was the intention of the seller so he could run scam under the radar.

At the end the shipment with the tracking number I alr3dy provided only had 1 pair of socks not even worthed 5 bucks. And the total I had spend was around 700.00 on 11 el3ven handbags.
