I paid for a 7.6", as the seller listing described Android phone, but the seller sent me a 6.7" phone. I tried to return it through the Wish customer support agent, the Wish customer support agent, name Trina, asked me for my phone#, email address, I gave her, she said she would arrange a DHL guy comes to my house to pick up the phone.
I answered i don't have time to wait for the DHL guy, please tell the seller email me a return shipping label, like the other seller do, i will download it when I have time to do the return. Trina did not give me a correct answer. Now she asked me for my house address. I feel something wrong, both the Wish office and the seller office have my house address, otherwise how can they send the item to me.
How come the customer support agent don't check my information from Wish office? What was the customer support agent doing, right or wrong?
