I AM ONE VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER , HAVE HAD NO RESOLVED ISSUES WITH WISH CUSTOMER SERVICE , HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER'S AND HAVE BEEN DEBITED FOR ORDER'S THAT WERE PENDING , HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH ORDER'S AND FROM WHAT I READ ABOUT MANY CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING I WILL NOT FALL VICTIM TO YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS AND FROM WHAT I HAVE READ AND EXPERIENCED WILL NOT TOLERATE , I'VE PAID MORE THAN ORDER'S BEEN PROCESSED WHICH I FIND VERY SUSPICIOUS IN THE AMOUNT OF ZAR 3977.14 , WHICH I WANT RETURNED WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS AS I'VE ALSO BEEN CHARGED FOR ORDER'S CANCELLED AS PER MY STATEMENT NO REFUNFS WERE RETURNED, SO AM VERY DUBIOUS AND SUSPICIOUS OF YOUR COMPANY AS HAD NO SATISFACTORY FROM YOU AT ALL , I AM CONSULTING WITH MY BANK TOMORROW MORNING AS WE WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER SHOULD MY MONEY DEBITED NOT BE RETURNED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT , I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE LIKE I HAVE WITH WISH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KEPT RECEIVING EMAILS IN FRENCH WHEN I'VE WRITTEN OVER AND OVER I'M NOT FRENCH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME TO GIVE THEM A LIST OF ORDER'S PLACED PLUS TRACKING NUMBERS WHICH IS NOT MY JOB TO DO SO , YOU SHOULD HAVE ALL MY DETAILS ON THE SYSTEM SO IT'S UP TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MAKE SURE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ORDER'S , CANCELLATIONS ETC , SO I KNOW REQUEST THAT ALL MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY MASTER CARD BE DEBITED WITH FULL AMOUNT TAKEN WHICH I STIPULATED THE AMOUMT WHICH IS OWING , IF THIS IS NOT DONE , MAKE NO MISTAKE I'LL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER WITH MY BANK
