very disappointed, very angry. pissed that they declined my credit card that is active according to credit card company, this was my 1st attempt at using wish.

i was hoping for a much better company, read all the negative reviews & complaints. i will tell all of our family. friends & BBB. my husband said if it walks like a duck.

our grandson is going to be very disappointed after driving 3 days to get here.

If you ordered through PayPal and can download all your conversations with them threaten to get PayPal to investigate that's how I got my money back. If you used credit card use same method. As long as you asked for money back or give me product before the 30 days was up it should work.
