*Please send a Postage Paid Return Postage label to return the defective shoes. **when trying on the First shoe half of the buckle fell off & cannot be replaced/repaired as the metal loop is completely severed from the buckle (it's attached to label on shoe).

*Do NOT send a replacement pair of shoes as if They break there will Not be sufficient time for an exchange before my daughters wedding that I was going to wear the shoes to.

* Please issue a FULL REFUND for the shoes. Thank You, Suzanne Redfern 330-805-1788

I received a pair of shoes that the buckle broke in half when I tried them on & hadn't even used the buckle, when I picked it up TO buckle them the buckle fell into 2 pieces in my hand. I've contacted WISH 3x & have not gotten a response YET-THAT was over 2 months ago!


Nobody ever responded. Keep getting a recording.

Not happy. WANT A POSTAGE PAID RETURN LABEL so I can send broken shoes back for a FULL REFUND.
