Still not been helped... really unhappy about the fact that I have been robbed by an online store that goes back on their word

I would just like to advise people that have not used Wish, Geek or Home that the service is pathetic.

My purse was stolen and I had to replace my card...

Since then my account has been restricted and I have sent the info that they requested so many times that I can’t even remember.

My first order with Geek was a total waste of time as I kept following up and was assure that my order was on its way. I never received those goods.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and actually started receiving my stuff and ended up buying more and more.

Then the issues started rising again when the products did not arrive by the dates given by them.

I currently have 5 orders at Geek, 19 at Wish and 3 at Home that needs to be refunded.

I have been issued ticket after ticket since the 1st of March without any help.

Product or Service Mentioned: Wish Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I am dealing with the same thing. I had to escalate my claim to PayPal and they blocked my account for doing that to get the refund that was owed but they issued a refund for a different item and they refunded it into wish cash now I can’t use it cse my account is blocked and I’m getting the run around and no response when I ask to either reinstate my account or refund my money and I’ll take my business else where
