I have ordered 8 items together (Order #: 5ebf9fac1e03e3e5e985b875 ) on 16th May 2020. The order expected delivery date was June Mid.
However, on 26th June I am seeing in the App my all items were delivered ( just in App not in reality). I simply asked give the Australia post or the courier service tracking number through which I can track my all items. Even after almost 90 days of order the items are not delivered and they are not able to provide me the courier tracking number. Each time they give me a tracking URL which shows wrong info.
Wish support without understanding tbe issue reply anything but the answer that you are asking and resolve the query.
Another bad things is that Wish does not have any call centre where you can raise query directly.
I request Australian government to ban such ecommerce Apps and save money of innocent people.
And I also urge people to stop shoping through Wish. Its totally unreliable ecommerce shopping App.
