When my wife received her order it appeared to be a good deal however approximately 30 days later the charging cable keeps falling out of the unit. Wish will not exchange the unit standing on their 30 day return policy period.

The problem appears to be a cheap connector on the case that quickly deformed after 30 or more insertions of the charging cable.

Consider anything you buy from Wish to be a cheap off shore made item and be willing to toss it if it fails after the 30 day return window is past. Terrible customer support
