I placed an order for an $18 case in August. I knew that shipping wouldn't be speedy, so I didn't expect the item until about six weeks later.
So, in September, I contacted Wish because I hadn't received my order. Their automated system (apparently you cannot contact a live person), offered me credit for a new item. So, I ordered the same item. It was expected to be delivered to me around December 2nd, but it didn't arrive.
So, I contacted the automated system, which suggested that it could be late - like as late as December 27th. It wasn't a Christmas present, so I wasn't worried. Then, I checked my account to find that Wish claimed that the order had been delivered. It never made it into my hands despite their claim.
It was an $18 lesson to me... I hope you don't order anything from this company and if you do, I hope it isn't anything pricey.
