I paid for three items. Back in may 2017.
I was asked to wait a bit longer by your staff when the order never arrived on time. I was receiving other items from you at the same time and the so-call 30 day period went by before I realized I was not getting the items. Other items I ordered were late as well but I did get them. After spending a couple of hundred dollars your customer service sad so sad to bad your not getting a refund nor credit or the items that I paid for.
I’m pissed by this. It’s a form of being robbed of my money They say in ever correspondents that they will do better the next order. They got to be kidding. I lost $25 dollars already.
I don’t expect to loss any more. I guess your logo ( we got your back) don’t always apply. Again I pissed with your company. I been robbed I have sent a number of emails.
All with the same results. I will keep it up I have nothing else to lose
