i ordered pokemon toys on dec 26. it said "will be delivered by feb 6".

i contacted them feb 7 and then every few weeks until now, may 17. they first told me to wait, then they said they will re-send it. when the resend never showed up, they told me i was too late for a refund!! i think im arguing with a bot, it has been 12 emails this week back and forth and none of them make sense.

they say things like "you are too late for returning your item" to which i reply" i never received it!" sigh.

there is no phone number to call. they actually have the nerve to have a guarantee!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
