I have made numerous attempts to have Wish explain why my account was blocked; to give me an explanation of what mortal sin I was guilty of in the Kingdom of Wish, so I might take the necessary corrective action. When I managed at last, to contact the second level of customer service the parroted response was always the same - no explanation of my "crime" and notification that there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation.I have conceded defeat and, in that regard, have blocked Wish.
I no longer have any desire to deal with a company which refuses to answer any other than the most basic queries from its customers and which cannot be reached in the usual fashion of online retailers. There phone number does not accept calls and I was tired of running around in circles looking for answers.
Yes, they have great prices, but when something out of the ordinary occurs the customer apparently has no recourse to correct the situation. I now deal with another online retailer, but one with great customer service, easy returns and great products and pricesl

I cannot get an answer as to why my account has been locked. Yet they insist on notifying me about sales.
I have asked that since I cannot use the account it be canceled but have not received a response. I have been a customer for over 4 years
User's recommendation: Not while this issue exists.
Preferred solution: An explanation for blocking my account and either unblock it or cancel it. .
Wish Pros: Products for the price.
Wish Cons: Can not reach anyone on customer service number.
