I am able to log into wish and can view my cart, plus I can items to it and also delete items. I have had several items in my check out cart for quite some time now.

Every time I try to check out, it gives me a message that tells me to provide an email address and a photocopy of a purchase I have made. However, I cannot attach a statement which is in itself quite old since I have not been able to upload it.

I have made many purchases from Wish.com in the past and would like to continue making purchases today and in the future.

The only reason I can think of for my not being able to check out, is that the credit card you have on hand is expired due to someone using it illegally. I now have a new credit card number, but I do not know how to change it in your system.

Can you please look into my account to see how to eliminate the negative response to check out can be corrected? Also see the message below that keeps popping up every time I try to execute a purchase.
