I purchased four items from same seller through WISH paid items and postage this item is in China. On 24/8 was advised that item shipped on 26/8 and I should have received by middle of September.
I tracked item and found out that the item never left China it was returned internally to,the seller on 3/9, and since then the tracking has removed at that point with the seller. I tried conte ring WISH very difficult eventually they have responded now saying I need to wait till 14/11 this is when the item supposedly will,be received by me here in Italy.
But the tracking is still stalled at returned to ?China on 3/9 no further updates, they have my money, my items and postage which is total was approximately 90 euros, I want my money back but they say I need to wait, and the. For sure will be too late to get refund, totally pissed off with the service never use them
User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM WISH FRAUDSTERS TAKE MONEY ITEM ARRIVED SAFE THROUGH EBAY OR AMAZON.

Wish Pros: Good variety of products, Great prices, This is the first trouble ive had.
Wish Cons: Customer service is worse than poor, I just want my money back.
