I ordered shirts January 12, 2019. By February I had not received them.
When I clicked on the item the app asked if I had received the items and I answered ‘no’ to which I was given a message that the items were delayed and to wait until February 25th. On February 26th I still had not received items so I went it to check it and when it asked if I had received items, it gives me a message that the refund/return window was now closed. WTH?! It’s now June 5, 2019 and I have tried calling-where you get no answer just a recording- emailing, where you get automated replies, and trying to use the chat option which is also automated to just tell me the return/refund window is closed on items that are 6 months late.
This company is a thief and I’m beyond angry they get away with taking money for nothing. I want my money back!
