On Dec 17, 2017 , I spent over 400 dollars a order and one items I never received, they replied back and to check with neighbors' and post office and i did so you go there site states some items may show delivered but wait a couple of days and if you don't receive the item send them a email so I waited and still didn't received the package, So I reach out to wish once more and they keep on saying the same thing check with the post office and neighbors, on there site they qua customer service they refuse to refund or resend the other out and we are talking about a 6.00 items. so now I'm trying to return the entire other and they will not respond back
