Merchants are continually misleading consumers about their products. For example they say a ring is .925 sterling sliver when in fact it is silver plated copper!

Another big issue is they display a price of let's say 3.00 so decide you want to buy the product.You select the product and the price is now 15.00! WFT? Or you buy a pendant for 2.00 and discover in order to get the pendant and chain you actually have to pay 5.00! Many of the merchants are honest and amazing.

There are just as many shady and dishonest merchants, and Wish doesn't seem to care

These are kinds of things are so common that I have stopped using wish.

When you do have an issue with an order there is no number you can call and speak to customer service to get it worked out. The virtual customer service part of the app is the worst! Your options as far as asking anything are very limited. For example;there is no option for what if an item is missing from my order.

If you do manage to trick the system and get your question submitted you get a response back saying it could take several days to get a response!

They are good at issuing refunds but never tell you what happened or what they are going to do to improve the the constant issues their customers are having!

It is for this reason that strongly recommend avoiding using Wish!

Amazon is so much better! They have quality products, great deals, and you can actually speak to a,live person if you are experiencing any issues!!m

Wish Pros: Like clothing, Get stuff cheap, Late items or never arriving, You have great products and pricing to a point, Variety of products offered.

Wish Cons: No way to contact a live person, Price issues, Items and orders vanish into thin air and no reason as to why, Options for help are way to limited.

I wanted to update you on the status of my complaints submitted to Wish. With the office chair, I ordered and never received, I did however receive a Dollar Store chair cushion!

Wish refuses to refund my money even though the merchant's ad was false advertising and It clearly stated I was a chair with a cushion! The other issues are still pending!

I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding the switch bate tactic, false claims, and shady business practices. Robert Schimer
