I just received an oder that i Paid in full for. A 5 PIECE BENTO food CONTAINERS. But onle got 3 ?? Your oline Support was not helpful at all. No OPTIONS to get help to send the rest of my order. Instead of getting help with a Assistant!!! So I could ask for the rest of my order to be sent!!! Not for REFUND just my Order!! INever asked once for A REFUND!! Just to get it corrected & of not send a PREPAID return slip to send back & send the correct item as stated if not!! Then a REFUND would be Acceptable if not Instead i got to your usless online

Support & got no Assistance just. ACCUSED of a Abusing CUSTOMER

DUE TO STORES YOU LET SELL ON WISH! FOR WHICH IT SAYS WHEN IT IS BEING PROCESSED & SENT. LATER I CHECKED TO SEE YET AGAIN A ORDER I PLACED CAN'T BE FILLED BY THE STORE WE HAVE REFUNDED YOU???. SO YOU AUTO REFUND CUSTOMERS WITHOUT OPTIONS?? THEN ACCUSE THEM without OPTIONS? Plus by God if i pay for for the amount given for tbe amount of the information states!!! I damn sure want it ! If INCORRECT! I want to try & resolve it before a REFUND if possible ? Instead i got Partial and this case!& paid for more plus shipping FEES just to get the run around online support ,email support & phone support. More than likely same will happen here after i send this. I want the rest of my order!!! PLUS REAL SUPPORT instead of being ACCUSED of ABUSING REFUNDS. How dare you!

KNOWING IT'S JUST LIKE YOUR ONLINE SUPPORT. BOGUS!! I WILL DEFINITELY LET OTHERS KNOW ON FACEBOOK, TWEETER, AND A FEW OTHER SITES I USE. MAKE SURE THEY WON'T HAVE TO EXPERIENCE ON NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN AS A CUSTOMER. ACTUALLY JUST SEND A DAMN PREPAID LABEL OR SLIP FOR THE ITEM HERE ! THEN I'LL SEND BACK & WILL ACCEPT MY FULL REFUND! THS IS *** GETTING THE RUN AROUND & BEING ACCUSED OF ABUSING REFUNDS??? WHEN NEVER WAS TOLD ABOUT IT UNTIL AFTER THE FACT YOUR COMPANY DID IT WITH OUT EVEN TRYING TO CORRECT IT THREW THE SELLER??? AND THE CUSTOMER.. I WANT TO WHAT HAPPENS TO ME IF & WHEN I GET THE REST OF MY ODERS & ARE WRONG OR MISSING THE REST OF THE ODERS? THEY GET TO KEEP MY MONEY & RESELL IT? YOU ALL HAVE A GOOD SCAM WITH THEM IT SEEMS!! BAD SUPPORT, REFUND WITHOUT LETTING THE CUSTOMER KNOW & ACCUSE THEM OF ABUSING REFUNDS!! WITH OUT EVEN SPEAKING TO ME AS A CUSTOMER. SO . I DOUBT I'LL GET MY THE REST OF MY ORDER. OR HELP FROM YOUR COMPANY . NOW IM WAITING FOR MANY OTHER ODERS DREDGING IF IT'LL BE COMPLETED
