My account is frozen and can’t use Wish or geek
Was ordering with no problems. All of a sudden my account is frozen because they said I have to send a copy of my bank statement showing orders from wish.
Informed them I was using netspend prepaid card. I didn’t trust using my bank card. I sent copies of my bank statement with nothing on it from wish but I showed copies of my netspend transactions. Still a no release now when I try to order and this is weeks later can’t do it.
Since they started to process the order they froze. They refunded the money from netspend into $78.00 wish cash that I can’t get back on card or use due account being frozen. Tried to use geek only to be shut down because geek is part of wish. Haven’t received customer support emails answering my questions.
Help anyone with suggestions that may have experienced the same. Went to use the wish points (1000) of them and they aren’t in my account anymore.
