I ordered by mistake several undesired items the 25/08/2017 -26/08/2017 . I paid them via my visa account that is foreign (French) but I wanted only 2.
And now I need to be refunded . I contacted the customer support many time it asked me to send my bank statement I did . But since no refunds and the items in my wish account are refunded , I don't see the money in my visa account. The problem is I am in South Africa actually so I use South African bank (ABSA) .
I can't loose my money and the items we need to find a way to fix this. Kind regards
