I ordered a product through wish.com but never received the parcel. I tried to locate it at my post office and that took a few weeks.

Eventually, my post office said that it had been located too late and had been sent back to the seller. Unlike what is clearly stated on their website, wish has refused to reimburse me for the purchase stating that I had waited too long to make the request.

J'ai commendé un produit sur wish mais Je n'ai reçu le colis. J'ai essayé de savoir où il se trouvait à ma poste.

Après 15 jours, la poste m'a dit qu'ils l'avaient retrouvé mais déjà renvoyé au vendeur. Contrairement à ce qui est clairement dit sur le site, wish a refusé de me rembourser pour l'achat en disant que j'avais trop attendu pour faire la demande.
