I have noticed you have BLOCKED my account because I was asking for too many refunds.. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Firstly I do not appreciate being accused of taking advantage of the refund service because that service would not be needed if your product were delivered on time and at the same time!
I only asked for the products I DID NOT RECEIVE and since I PAID for products that I had not seen I wanted to have my money back..
Now, since you BLOCKED my account about a month ago many of the items have arrived and only TWO are left UNDELIVERED. It is the ITEM in the attachment.. The other refunds you have paid me are CORRECT because I still have NOT received any of them but the only one you still have to REFUND ME is the 2 COATs in the attachment to this email.
None of this would happen if you delivered all the items together and wrote an email the day before they are delivered with the address of the place they are held if the customer is not home when the delivery comes.
If you do not refund me that item I will never buy from you again, I will also write a very bad review on your site and on the internet and I will write an official complaint to the international site for international trade companies that are corrupt.. and for deformation of my character because I was telling the TRUTH and NOT taking advantage of your refund service NOW I do not want to do this because up until now you have been correct.. But SO HAVE I.. I did not try to trick you!!!
The only item YOU HAVE TO STILL REFUND ME is the coat listed in the attachment in this email. Yours SINCERELY, Sarina Rausa.

Dear Wish Support officer,
I sent you a letter 4 Days ago regarding my refund and I have not
yet received a reply.. I cannot talk to anyone on the wish site because it
just blocks my attempt to contact you.. saying I have to buy other
products.. Why should I buy other products if I'm never sure I'm going to
get them.. HOW DARE YOU accuse me of trying to abuse your refund service.
There might have been a mistake with the Bunyan healers because there were
two of them and I got one and not the other so I said I had received the
wrong one so when I tried to fix the problem, it may have come across as me
trying to cheat... perhaps that's why you thought I was trying to trick
you.. But I assure everything in my letter is true and above board. I only
want a refund for the items I wrote in the email.. I will write it again
because I cannot talk to a REAL person..either by chat or by phone.. If you
provide me with a contact number I could contact you personally and explain
any doubts you may have. my request had been accepted by you but you have not replied in 4 days ...
