They send me back my money.

I made an order and they said there was a problem with the order, but they still take the money out of my account. If there was a problem with my order, why did they take the money out of my account and my order wasn't complete?

This happens when you pay with a debit card or otherwise allow someone to just go in and take money out of your account. Common sense would dictate using a credit card online.
