I was looking at items in my shopping cart to decide if I wanted to order anything. Then, right in front of my eyes, it stated "order received" I never pressed the "place order" button at any time.
Then, each item had to be canceled individually.
I was able to get a few items stopped, but it took so long my other orders turned to processed, then shipped. I continued from the time I started to write to any place on the site that I could get this order completely cancelled. There i Immediately, I tried to cancel the order. There was no one to contact in a customer service setting to help me.
I have still been writing.
I have $377.00 I need refunded. If you are able to help me at all, how wonderful that would be!!
