Complete lack of customer support. I am trying to figure out why they have charged my card but also refunded the items but kept the money

Hi. I ordered balloons and other staffs yesterday and paid twice by accident.

I didn’t get confirmation of my orders on top of that.

How do I get refund. Please help.

They actually corrected the error. Refunded it and reprocessed my order.

The customer service is very frustrating but they did correct the issue. This is the first problem I’ve had with them and really hope it’s the last.

6 months ago, they did the same to me. "We refunded, Check your banking institution".

8 items, from that order I did not, recieve, at all. Only FOUR, were actually refunded. ACCORDING to my Banking Institution. Wish is horrid to deal with, on ANY issue!

I hope you have better luck than I did. I am certainly, starting to understand, why people are talking of a Class Action Law Suit!
