I received a L in said swimdress and I've been contacting them since the day I received it to no avail. I would like to add that I get an auto message saying the same thing all 6 times I've tried to contact via text/facebook.
The customer service/support center is pretty much just automated with no human to speak with and for me I am very disturbed about this as I have two other items coming in...one from China! You probably will want to rethink before ordering anything from them. I was told it was touch and go with them, but I didn't think it would actually happen on the VERY FIRST purchase ever.
I have asked for a phone call as I don't want a refund, I want the item I purchased and paid for immediately to be what I receive. There is no room for refund, especially just a gift card/certificate.
