I can order 10 items and get maybe 3 or 4 of them ( ship to wrong places like goes to indiana and i live in wv or just simply doesnt arrive)..and thats a month or 4 after its supposed to of arrived.... and usually are a cheap version of the real thing...

and what i do actually receive either smells horrible (clothes smelling like mildew) or is broken (16 of 24 tips broken off the colored pencils) or just messed up somehow.. but because they have messed up so much now i cant even get a refund issued so basically they are telling me to order without a way of knowing if ill even get the damn order... i cant afford to just waste money.

At least when they refunded the mistakes i would still attempt to reorder the product as suggested and usually refunded it into wish cash so the money went right back to them... i think im done even trying if thats how it is going to be.
