I ordered an iPad from them saying it was brand new. When it came it had been heavily used. I contacted customer service live chat & told them I wanted a full refund. They told me I had to upload a pic of the item, or no refund. I told them that I am 64 yrs. old & have no way to upload a pic of the item. They told me without the pic there was nothing they could do.
I wrote some very nasty words to them. I did this about every day. It has now been a month or more & still has not gotten my refund.
On about week 2 I was given a bogus address to ship the item back.
It was shipped UPS 3rd day delivery. I again contacted customer support & was told they never received the iPad. By now I am really cussed at them on the live chat. I have now contacted the Better Business Bureau & filed a complaint. I hope with their help, I can get my $201.00 dollars back. I wish I could get my shipping cost of $27.00 too, but I doubt it.
