Unfortunately, according to Wish return policy, the company currently doesn’t offer item exchanges. However, if you receive an item that is not the size you ordered, you are eligible for a refund. Please submit a request for a refund from Wish promptly. Wish won’t consider a request placed outside 30 days of the date of delivery or the latest estimated date of the arrival. In order to initiate a return, locate the order in your order history and click Customer Support. After receipt of a returned item, Wish will return to you the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees applied. Unless you select an alternative, such as Wish Cash, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Once you have a shipping label, please follow the instructions below:
  • Print the shipping label sent to your email.
  • Pack your item safely.
  • Attach the shipping label on the top of your package.
  • Ship your package at the post office. You will receive your refund after the return package is received.

According to Wish Help Center, if you want to track your order, you should visit your Order History and look for the Where is my package tab. Please click on the tab and a window will open with the details you need. You will find out the current location and the estimated date of arrival (if your order has already been shipped).
If you do not receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund. What is the reason wish Sa denied my order????

According to Wish Help Center, if your order didn’t go through and was denied, it may be possible that your payment was declined. Here are few reasons why that may have happened:
  • The card is expired.
  • The account has insufficient funds.
  • The card was reported as stolen and frozen/

If you are using a debit card, be sure it has a CVV and can be billed as a credit card. Your order will also not go through if the product is unable to ship to your country.

I got small packages sent to me and they all say china! Do not like merchandise sizing way off and quality poor..

I do have my order numbers and amounts of those orders do not have or didn't get invoice or a return label for orders! What return address to send this back for a refund?
