Wish - Refund for an order I didn’t make

A few weeks ago the wish app froze and crashed and purchase $120 worth of items without my approval. I emailed and they claimed they never got the money because i immediate cancelled the false order but the $120 is in their wish cash holding place.
Not in my bank account... they claimed to be sending the report to a higher status, and yet i have not recieved an email from the higher support team in the last few weeks.
I called and the number said to use the app. I am very pissed about this and i would like my money back.

I recently had the exact same thing happen to me today. an order of 929.00 was placed.
I received a notification about the order so i went into my account to see if it was real and sure enough it was. as i was reviewing my account i got a second notification saying the idem could not be ordered and that a refund wound be placed.
Im trying to figure out how the even had my checking account information since i dont store it within wish. This may result in a class action lawsuit.
