I ordered a wig and a pair of sneakers over a period of 10 days and I payed for both of them (in attached you could find the confirmation message) and the shipping address was our current house and I have bought different things from wish before to the mentioned home address but none of my orders has arrived up to this date so I reported the problem on the application (client service) and the refunded the money I had paid for the wig but after a while that I referred to wish app again for reporting the delivery delay of my sneakers the robot banned me from sending messages because of too many refund claims !!!
I wrote more than 10 messages to them and asked them to follow the case , and if the delivery company has delivered and given my order to housekeeper or anyone else send me back the receipt or some tickets or factors or documents that prove the delivery at my address but up to now no one have answered or has solved my problems.
Is there anybody who can help me in this field?
