Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The webmaster on Wish corrected the problem.
It takes people like me who don't remain silent when we identify things that malfunction and speak out about them. Silence is definitely NOT golden!
But of course, when I tried to use that information to log in, it was rejected. I tried again, and again I was rejected. I did it four times total, every time with zero luck. I tried to get in on the app, and then I received a message displaying an email address that I had closed down because some technical glitch caused all the email messages that were saved in my account to be totally trashed, turning the contents into nothing more than large fields of random characters that were totally worhtless to me.
I had changed the email address, but apparently Wish is in love with the email address that did me a huge amount of damage. If notices are sent to that email, they will bounce back as rejected, and considering the way Wish has dealt with my many appeals for help, I can't be sure if they wouldn't just block me completely forever!
I have appealed to Wish and I always get instructions to change the password, but that does not give me access to my account. i am 100% certain that this message will be rejected; companies who have a lot to hide make sure that customers who suffer damages are prevented from seeing problems corrected.
I am attaching first an attempt to log in on the web with the rejection message shown clearly. I am also attaching the notice that was displayed on the mobile app that clearly states the email address that did me so much damage that I had to close it down and move to another provider, the one that I am using now.
I had made the change of email addresses, but if I'm just being rejected time after time, I can see what good that did me. I have to report that when I tried to report the problem to Wish, I received what had to be automatic responses that were repeated over and over and over that totally disregarded my efforts to reconnect.
I suppose Wish will blame me for that. Wish acts as if I'm one of their employees who will hear only reprimands and will receive no support until he/she is finally terminated. What has been done to me is a de facto termination, and I am put in a very bad situation because if Wish is going to do that to me, I can only imagine what further damage will be done to me.
Don't blame me because I did not create the website nor the company and I am not an employee in Technical Support at Wish. I am sure this message will be discarded and I will remain frozen out for good!
I am known to be unusually patient, but even my patience gives out when I see that I am doing nothing more than bashing my head against a brick wall, which is what I have done as I attempted to regain access to my account. The responses that I have received so far have proven that I am no longer wanted as a customer. I will stop trying, but I won't stop reporting what has been done to me unjustly.
I'm not going to say anymore. I've been very, very clear in what I have said; after all, I'm a published writer in three languages, so I am not to blame that my words go unheeded. I wanted to be a steady customer; my reward for my efforts has been to be frozen out permanently. Obviously, I should find merchants who are more trustworthy.
I posted this protest to Wish, only to have it bounce back to me with a link for me to follow to get Customer Support. I'm also posting what that link gave me -- not surprisingly, no help at all!!!

I'm a seller who selling some products on wish.com
I have sold my items here almost 1.000 pcs and wish.com refund the payment to the customers almost 40%, and their reasons is: shipping take too long. What the *** is this? All my shipping has valid tracking number, and they took my money and they marked as refunded to the customers, even on usps tracking site the item late for delivery for 1 day only, they will take your money. The seller can not contact directly to their customers, and after wish.com take your money for refunded reasons, the ticket will be automatically closed, and you can not give any answer or reasons.
This is never happened to me on ebay, amazon, or anywhere, except on wish.com
All my items also has free shipping, but wish.com charge the shipping for each items, and they take the money.
Wish.com also raised my prices without permission between 20% -100% from the price that I entered in their system, and they take (stolen) the difference.
After survey and learned many complaints on internet, I can take a conclusion that wish.com is scam monster.
They stolen the money both from their seller and buyers. I saw hundreds of complaints from the wish.com buyer if they got no refunds even they didn't get the items.
Beware and stop using wish.com
I hope GOD will stop them and I hope God will give punishment for those who had taken other people's money and then give them a deserving disease.

I bought a jumper advertised as pure cashmere. When I received it I realised that not only was not cashmere but it was very poor quality.
I tried to start a return but my account was blocked. I had to send my id to unlock it...do not ask me why. They would not unlock it. I had to theater them.
Finally they unlocked it and I managed to request a refund. They eventually sent me the return label but they want me to pay for the return fees. In fact, the only option I have to generate the return label is to choose the only available option: I have changed my mind. How ridiculous is this?
It is a scam! So they missell products, produce false ads and then will not refund as customers who need to pay for the return fees would probably give up. These are professional fraudsters!!!
Moreover my account was hacked and utems bought on my behalf. Security =0

I have attempted since 11/10/23 to order a particular item, this being the TV Series Friends Monica's Apartment building. My first order was not received by Wish, however Afterpay received it & charged me the 1st payment, cancelling the other 3.
2nd order was for the above, plus Friends Central Perk. I received Central Perk, built over a month ago, however the apartment was cancelled due to no stock. 3rd attempt, cancelled, no stock. 4th attempt, cancelled, no stock.
But apparently I am receiving another Central Perk? I did not order 2. After my final attempt for the apartment, I went back to the sellers page to find my item in stock.
What happened? I have asked so many times for someone to look into this, however I continue to get generic responses that do not answer my questions or attempt to resolve my issue no matter what I say.

This marketing has portrayed me as a fraud and a liar, which I find to be a bottomless impudence. I contacted Wish Support and reported that, not much help. I'm the kind of person who throws it away immediately if something doesn't work and I also reported that to support and the seller. As a good customer of WISH, I was hoping for a solution but nothing was helped.
What's more, it's a shame the seller said I should break the device and then send it back to WISH at my expense (I find it very illogical since I bought it from WISH and why should I pay shipping at my expense?? ) as.
I expect an appropriate solution for the customer from Wish, ok please find out everything from Wish Support and the seller, thank you very much, waiting for a good solution, kind regards, H Saggese Michele. (WISH customer)

I purchased 2 WLtoys A959 1:18 RC Car 4WD 2.4GHz Off Road RC Trucks 70KM/H High Speed Vehicle RC Racing Car for Kids Adults
And for both of those items I received children's toys of not hobby quality nowhere near anything close to what I wanted and had purchased
This is the items I received wouldn't have cost him even $3 doesn't even go 2 km an hour has nothing adjustable no esc no brushless motor and it is not a 1/18 scale RC car
And they won't give me a refund unless I send it back which I'm happy to do as long as they give me a label to do so as it is their fault I've ended up with this wrong item they knew it was the wrong item before they sent it and still sent it anyway surely it's against which policy for them to ask me to pay for shipping on a return under those circumstances

And he is just going around in circles with me is now back to the what will it take for you to keep the product
instead of ok I have initiated a full refund

Why has Wish.com asked for a copy of my bank statement ?
I have used Wish for over a year and have purchased 600 items. When I make a purchase, I use a prepaid credit card with the same card number each time.
I have had one complaint that I have sent to Customer Service. I was kind in my initial letter. Without any warning my account has been blocked until I give the company a copy of my bank statement. I do not pay with a card connected to my bank in any manner.
I cannot get an answer about this. All the company does is repeat what I have asked. If I do not receive a reasonable answer by Christmas, I will request a fraud investigation with every organization available and will upload my communications with Wish on Facebook and warn people from using the company.
They do not have a number that reaches a human. I am not the only person with this story.
