Customer service basically calling me a liar after receiving an item missing an important part. I wasnt even mad about the part being missing i just wanted it sent to me, first person i talk to offers me a refund and the second guy says he looked at my "order details" and everything was shipped....like uhhh no it wasnt or i wouldnt be here trying to get the god damn part, like yea just call me a *** liar or a thief, no i want my item to work as described, send me the *** part!

*** you wish customer service you *** suck! How can these guys get away with this, its basically stealing from you and then spitting on you for trying to resolve it!

You guys take people's money this is fraud it's not right TO take people's hard earned money you guys are thieves I didnt order anything else and YOU guys took MY money without ME ordering ANYTHING else
