Wish - Terrible customer service.
I did not recieve a item. Attempted to get a refund and was told it was too soon because they updated the shipping date.
Then waited a month and then was told I had requested too many refunds. (The only other item I had requested a refund on was a shirt that was the wrong item and a coffee machine they cancelled due to not being fulfllled). Was literly told I was a bad customer and could not request a refund until I purchased more items and became in good standing. I emailed the complany at that time and recieved no return communication.
I am finially able to get there automatic messaging to let me right and email through that.
They inform me know I am outside of the return window and nothing can be down. This Company is rediculous.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
