I started to email wish support, about refunds, in october! Within the 30 days policy.
And I have received very bad services while I have asked for refunds. Wish asked me to do ‘this and that’, and I tried my best to do what they told me to do. But I always did wrong apparently. Wish never helped me and they just stopped answering me a lot of times.
So I would have to start all over again and try to create *** new dialogue to explain everything!
When wish Finally (maybe not) accepts my info about the refunds (this was about a month ago). They said that I’m over the 30 days policy and that I contacted wish too late!
This is not fair!
