Would like information on this lawsuit. I places an order in December of last year which they duplicated and charged me twice for.
The total came out to almost $400. When I contacted them about the error, they told me there was no way to cancel the order and that I had to wait for all 50 items to arrive before I could get reimbursed. Fast forward to February when only a fraction of the items have arrived. I contacted them again to let them know the items never arrived and that I wanted my money back.
Their automated email service responded by informing me it had been past the 30 day return policy and there was nothing they could do.
How does a 30 day return policy apply to items that never even showed! Please contact me if something arises from this, have been getting away with murder for too long!
