Wish - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON. EVERYTHING IS PRE-SCRIPTED AND AUTOMATED.
Ordered several items 7 to be exact. Only 1 item worked for me.
Tried several avenues to find out how to return items for credit. Was referred via email to a Yahoo free return shipping organization and when I did found out that Wish is not even affiliated with them. I wrote an email to them asking for further advise and then was referred to their wish ap. There is nowhere on their ap that you can evan chat in in an unscripted way.
They want photos, but their ap will not upload the photos! Also was referred to messages left for me on the ap........ cannot find anything that remotely shows a message anywhere? They make it very difficult if not impossible to communicate in a real way much less return items.
So far I'm out $115. NEVER AGAIN.
If anyone from Wish sees this and would like to contact me by phone I would really appreciate some direct instructions on where to return items to get my refund,. Sue Langert5
