Wish - My money has not been returned to me
My account is blocked. I cant access my orders not can I request my refunds for the orders I have not received. I've *** been emailing you guys multiple times with attachments of the items I paid for and have not received. All I ask is for my money to be returned to me. So that I can erase my account.

I use coles mastercard prepaid vouchers and my account has been blocked until i show a bank statement however prepaid mastercards are not with a bank you buy them at the supermarket here in Australia so a statement is impossible i have sent photos of the cards and receipt of purchase but i am still unsucessful this has been ongoing over 2 months please help me
Wish - Charged twice for the same order
I ordered 12 items, I payed for them on 03/13/18. I was charged again today for the same order on 03/15/18. Please put my money back on my card, I only wanted 1order.
