Doesn't make any sense, logically! It's Your fault that after 1 Month (not mounts) & 1 week that you haven't reserved your order, For you see dear when a customer intends to buy products from a company the indidvidual in which only knows what they want has to order the items not the other way around... their not going to do it for you.... Hello!
Unless you meant received and not reserved, two TOTALLY different things!
