Wish - Words can’t explain
I had ordered a few items from wish a little over a month ago. The payment was sent and taken from my account.
Three days later, my wish account had been reset somehow and I could not get it to go back. My order history and everything was wiped. I had no emails or anything except a bank statement proving I paid for the products. Over a month later and wish has done nothing to better the mistake and their customer phone services are nothing except a prerecording that literally leads you to where I’m sure all of you had already been.
You cannot talk to a rep and when the send you a customer support email it’s ALWAYS the same email (NOT resolving the issue).
It’s ridiculous. And needs handled ASAP.
