I received a fine of £401.99 saying I have provided fake tracking.

This is correct and the item has now been delivered
I have attached the proofs of posting and the full documentation of the items journey.I contacted the buyer and he has confirmed he received the item on March 26 2021.
The item was posted from England to IE .Royal mail made a real mess and it was sent to Russia by mistake .I contacted the buyer and informed him what had happened and asked him to let me know the progress.Anyway it has now made its way to the buyer and he has the item.I have full-filled my part .Wish is not responding to my mails and have not refunded me
The price of my item was £17 99 but wish charged the buyer double that .I paid the postage charge I lost that and the price of my item and the item
