I ordered the purse received it on the 8th of July every week since the 8th I have asked how to send this purse back they keep signing me telling me they get back to me and one or two days today is the 27th of August they have not gotten back with me yet that's the only item that I have purchased from you all that I want to send back because it's damage to me I cannot carry the purse because it has a sticky substance on it keep asking me to send a picture I sent a picture you can't see what I'm talkin about I can't put this post up against my clothes it has sit too long all I want to do is send it back nobody's dealing with me Amazon never treated me like this and I'm not a person to order stuff and send it back when I order something I want it shame on you all almost to 2 months say it and you can look in my emails and see how many times I have complained about this purse and then another thing a lot of y'all items a listed as sterling silver 9 to 5. I'm 69 years old and I know difference between sterling silver and not people told me to leave y'all alone I saw know they cool I thought nobody have I ever had this experience with where I can return something I did the things I have ordered that this one item that I cannot use a carry I wanted to return I have went to your website I had to go through and read about the company the CEO his partner to find some way of reaching out to touch you off about this item Dead
